Hello and happy cuatro de Mayo! Soon to be cinco de mayo...You might be asking yourself, what is cinco de mayo even about in the first place? I asked myself the same thing and naturally turned to Wikipedia. "The date is observed in the United States as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride" and also something about a Battle of Puebla. So what does that mean for us? Time for some margaritas and queso to celebrate our neighbors down south! So start your morning off with some café olé, instead of café au lait of course, and make sure to take your amigos out to celebrate Mexican pride!
